What counts toward my monthly comments?

One comment that matches your automation and receives at least one confirmed automatic reply or initial DM counts as one credit—even when both are sent. Duplicate, unmatched, and fully failed comments do not count.

Do old Reel automations keep running?

Yes. Automations are unlimited. An older active rule can respond to new eligible comments, sharing the same workspace monthly balance and subject to Instagram's platform rules.

What happens when I use all my credits?

On paid plans, replies pause until the monthly balance renews or previously purchased extra credits are enabled. Free-trial credits do not reset. Skipped comments are not replayed automatically.

Is signup an automatic paid subscription?

No. Create an account, confirm your email, and request approval. SaaSprite activates the workspace and confirms subscription/payment arrangements separately; there is no automatic card charge.

Which Instagram accounts are supported?

An eligible Instagram Business or Creator account is required. Connecting external accounts depends on Meta app permissions and account eligibility. Personal Instagram accounts are not supported.

What happens after the free trial?

The trial stops after 14 days or 500 successfully handled comments, whichever comes first. No payment is collected automatically. Your saved automations remain available if you later activate a paid plan with SaaSprite.
