SaaSprite SocialData Deletion Instructions
Disconnect the app
- Open the Meta or Instagram settings associated with your Instagram Professional account.
- Locate connected apps, business integrations, or Instagram app permissions.
- Remove or revoke access for SaaSprite Social Automations.
Revoking access prevents SaaSprite Social Automations from continuing to access Instagram data through the granted permissions.
Request deletion from SaaSprite
Email social@saasprite.com with the subject Social Automations Data Deletion Request.
Include enough information to identify the connected account, such as the Instagram username used with the service. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or other credentials.
What we delete
After we can verify the request, we will remove data held by SaaSprite Social Automations that is associated with the connected account and is no longer required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or dispute resolution. This may include connection records, automation configuration, and related service records.
Third-party data
Revoking SaaSprite Social Automations does not delete information held independently by Meta or Instagram. Requests relating to data held by Meta or Instagram should be handled through their own privacy and account controls.
