Create automation
Set it up in four small steps.
1 · Content
2 · Trigger
3 · Actions
4 · Review
Choose one item to keep this automation specific to that content.
Higher wins only when multiple rules at the same scope match. A matching specific Post/Reel rule always beats a global rule.
Example: when someone comments “تم”, run this automation.
One reply is selected at random. Variables: {{contact_name}}, {{username}}, {{comment_text}}, {{account_username}}.
{{contact_name}} currently resolves to the commenter’s Instagram username.
